These wonderfully built 3 Storey homes in Walsall are the equipped with a Control4 system integrating multi-room AV, home security, gate access, lighting and climate control.

LED lighting strips and dimmable lighting circuits were combined to give the ambience required by the customer.  Touch screen wall controls were positioned for convenience throughout the home, allowing for intercom between rooms.  The alarm was integrated and sensors were used to trigger lighting scenes in certain rooms at certain times of the day.

Like all other projects Contello worked closely with the home owners and Architect to help achieve the desired end result.
